#112 – The Magnificent Seven and God’s Justice

On this episode of the Reel World Theology Podcast:

Fall kicks off with a movie that tries to bridge the gap between Summer blockbuster and the better-produced films of the Fall, The Magnificent Seven. Sure, this is a remake of a film (The Magnificent Seven) that was an American version of another film (Seven Samurai), but the source material has been the fodder for countless interpretations over the years so we can forgive it a little. We also have a great time debating the time and place for human violence and how it related to God’s Justice.
