We’re talking about The Jungle Book. Not Rudyard Kipling’s book, or the 1967 animated version, but the brand new, Jon Favreau directed version. We talk about comparisons and tone along with the appropriateness of the material for different ages. We also talk about some of the racial and social issues the older versions had and how the new film handled many of those complaints. Heck, we even ask how Disney is doing with these live-action remakes! Lots of good stuff on this one– enjoy!
